2.We make a quotation to you.
3.If you accept our quotation, then give confirmation on the order.
4.Joy Biotech will send you a PROFORMA INVOICE (PI) and SC.
5.You will do the payment after confirming the proforma invoice.
6.Joy Biotech will arrange the production after receiving the deposit payment, or arrange the shipment if the product is in stock.
7.For custom synthesis products, when the chemicals are ready, we will share COA and other test data for your checking.
8.The shipment will be arranged after we receiving the balance payment. At the same time, we will provide the tracking information to you.
