Q: How long will I get the feedback after I send the inquiry?
A: We will reply you asap within 24 hours in working day.
Q: What's the universal lead time for order?
A: For the stock products, the lead time is prompt after receiving the payment.
For custom synthesis products, we will offer a lead time for your reference when making the quotation to you.
If you have requirements for the lead time, please let us know.
Q: What kind of shipping term do you have?
A: Shipping term can be by air, by sea, or by express like DHL,FEDEX,UPS,EMS,TNT,etc. It depends on your demand and the quantity of the ordered product.
Q: If the products have some quality problem, how will you deal with it?
A: Each step of production and finished products will be inspected by QC and QA before shipping. If the quality problem of the products is caused by us, we will provide a replacement service.
Q: Can you provide pre-shipment sample for test?
A: Yes, but please ask for the pre-shipment sample when making the quotation.
Q: What's the payment term?
A: T/T in advance is more preferred for stock product.For custom synthesis products, we can accept deposit by TT in advance, and the balance before shipment. Other payment term like L/C, DA can be negotiated according to orders and customer's reputation.
Q: Can you custom synthesize new chemicals.
A: Yes, we have new chemical custom synthesis service, as well as CDMO and CMO.

Q: Are you a factory or a trader?
A: We are both factory and trader. We have our own factory and we also source products with competitive price for our partners from reliable factory.
